A/DCM Highlighted Strong U.S.-Swedish ties at AmCham Annual General Meeting

At AmCham Sweden’s Annual General Meeting and Transatlantic Summit earlier this week, acting Deputy Chief of Mission Paul Narain highlighted the strong U.S.-Swedish economic ties, U.S. concerns about China, and ways the U.S. and Sweden can take our cooperation forward.  Narain reaffirmed as “Secretary Pompeo has said: ‘The United States and the European Union have a strong and enduring partnership born out of shared history, values, and decades of cooperation.’  I am confident the enduring partnership that is the transatlantic relationship will continue to grow and strengthen as we work to meet the bilateral and global challenges before us.”
