If you reside in Sweden and have questions regarding services provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA), you must contact the SSA Federal Benefits Unit (FBU) located in Norway. For more information on their services and how to contact them, please visit the FBU Oslo webpage.
If after reviewing the instructions from the Federal Benefits Unit (FBU) and you need certified copies of documentation and you are required to appear in person for your Social Security application, please book an appointment time for notary services.
If you need certified copies and do not require an in person appointment, please send us your documents with a written request that the copies are for a replacement social security card and return postage so we can process your request.
Please remember to bring all documentation needed for the service you require to your appointment. This is a no fee service.
